It’s all about eyebrows these days. Check instagram and you will see post upon post of impeccably manicured and filled in brows. Eyebrows are definitely having a moment. Looking to hop on the trend but not sure which product to use? Look no further, I have the different types of brow fillers broken down right here for you!
Eyebrow powder has been a pretty popular choice for a while now and is the formula that will give you the best filled in yet natural look. That’s not to say that you can’t build it to give you fierce brows but the formulation is lightweight and gives a medium coverage. The great thing about these Anastasia duos is that it is smudge-proof and the 2 colors in 1 gives you the option to make parts of the brows (like the inner corners) softer and more natural looking.
Brow pencils have been around since the beginning of makeup. They are by far the most popular choice because of their ease of use. All you need is a slight flick of the wrist and you can draw your eyebrows in strand by strand. This MAC brow pencil needs no sharpening and the fine tip allows for the most precise application.
Brow gels have come a long way. It used to be that they were a lightweight, clear gel formula that was solely meant to comb and set the brow hairs into place, well Benefit has added to that with their Gimme Brow formulation. This one contains little fibers that create thicker brows (so cool!) and it is colored as well to coat grey hairs or darken lighter hairs. It’s also water resistant (bonus!).
Ok a lot of you don’t trust your grooming capabilities which is where Brow kits come in. This Too Faced one contains 2 brow shades, a highlighter, setting wax, grooming tools and STENCILS. The stencils are perfect for guiding your shape along.
Ok so this is the latest innovation in brow products- Anastasia’s brow pomade. The formula is creamy like a gel liner and glides on smoothly to give you defined brows that are perfect for those that want that super sculpted look. Also, it’s perfect for people with oilier skin and great for humid weather.
