On today’s podcast episode we are speaking with Beth Chen from The Honest Spoonful as well as Beth’s Blends on how to hack your hair growth and health. After Beth was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, she was forced to change her diet drastically as a lot of the foods that she usually ate started to made her very sick. Feeling alone in her efforts to hack her health, she started sharing food recipes on her blog, The Honest Spoonful.
In the process of doing that, she found so many others experiencing the same things and developed a community of people who shared her food sensitivity battle. She then went on to create a blend of flours for baking that are anti inflammatory and good for you! If there’s anything those of us who have been on restrictive diets like AIP know, it’s that anything carby like breads and cakes are super missed! So grateful to have someone who has been through it create a solution for us.
