Here’s a list of the Top 5 eyshadows you can use to create that perfect Smokey eye (in no particular order):
1. MAC Carbon. Let’s face it, no true smokey eye is complete without a strong black eyeshadow.
2. NARS Mekong. Gorgeous deep shimmery brown shade.
3. MAC Print. The color that put Kim Kardashian’s makeup on the map.
4. Make Up For Ever Aqua cream in Anthracite. These shadows are great for their staying power.
5. MAC Satin Taupe. The perfect soft smokey shadow, can be paired with almost any color.

Love print its a softer black and not as harsh as carbon. I would also like to add Knight Davine to this list for a metallic smokey eye 🙂

You can place Vex on the eyelid, Scene in the crease & Typographic in the outer corner & deep into the crease OR you can put typographic on the eyelid, Scene in the crease and Vex as the brow highlight.
