Thought I’d share some pics with you all on my latest trip to Cali! I’m still in San Diego, heading back home tomorrow. It’s always so much fun when I get to visit, I’d have to say San Diego is one of my absolute favorite places on this planet! It’s so gorgeous, the weather is perfect, there are immaculate beaches everywhere and the people are so down to earth and nice.

 

This trip was a very special trip because we were coming down to meet my brother and sister inlaw’s baby, Kai Berar. He’s sooo adorable! I can’t get enough of him!

 

 

The fam and I all had a little celebration before meeting him at the local Indian restaurant. Hey what can I say, Punjabi people love to celebrate everything! Makes life a lot of fun 🙂

 

 

Kai was born at the hospital in La Jolla. You might’ve seen me mention La Jolla in the past. My brother used to live there and it’s definitely my fav neighborhood in San Diego. I mean check out the view from the hospital!

 

 

We spent every day with the little guy. He’s so cute and cuddly and loves to listen to your every word. My brother calls him a sleep thief though as he won’t let them sleep lol. Hello, he’s a baby. How can anyone not fall in love with that face!

 

 

So another totally exciting thing happened on this trip…I got to meet and interview Lauryn Evarts from The Skinny Confidential!! Her blog is my absolute all time fav and has been for a long time! I’m just in love with her branding, design and her business sense! Total inspiration and super nice girl.

 

 

No trip to San Diego would be complete without a trip to the beach! My fav beach in San Diego has got to be Coronado. It’s on the Coronado island and you have to take this crazy scary bridge to get there but it’s totally worth it cause it’s so big and clean and the view is beautiful. Plus it’s next to the hotel Del which is super nice. You might recognize it as I shot my October 2015 favs video there.

 

 

I’m super sad to leave this little guy! I’ll definitely miss him. Thank god for modern technology cause I’ve already gotten my brother to agree to mandatory regular skype sessions with the little guy 🙂
