Ok so is it just me or has there been a big increase in the popularity of Henna lately? Pretty cool too see people of all backgrounds rocking this Indian tradition. Which is pretty awesome, because that means there has also been an increase in creativity with design, color and even type of product used.

 

I searched around and put together the latest trends in henna design (aka mehndi design) for you.

 

My first is by youtube sensation Chrisspy. She is one of my fav youtube gurus, she is crazy good at makeup and her videos are super fun to watch. Not to mention how innately cool she is. I mean check out this design. So nice.

 

 

Here’s another great design, I like how simple and chic it is.

 

 

Love this one because it mimics Indian hand jewelry. Gorgeous.

 

 

Who doesn’t love this modern take on henna design for the feet? Really pretty.

 

 

Ok this last one is really taking off. It’s not mehndi that is used but it’s actually a temporary skin jewelry tattoo. LOVE.
