Well it’s been a while since we did the Juice detox and I thought I’d update you all on my results.
I started the detox due to skin issues I was experiencing, namely eczema on my back, neck and arms and I’m happy to say that….it’s gone! 10 days of juicing and not only did my skin clear up, but I was literally glowing by the end of it!

The thing I was impressed most with was my friend Rania, who had never done anything like this before, completed the 10 day detox and while she was beautiful to begin with, she was absolutely radiant by the end of it!!
So before you reach for that miracle skincare, take a step back and look at your diet. If it’s full of highly processed food and refined sugars, try to clean it up. It just might end up saving you tons of $$ in expensive creams in the long run 😉
So I’m def gonna give it a try but do I not eat ANY food is it just juice breakfast,lunch,dinner?

Yes the whole idea is to give your digestive system a break. You don’t have to do the full 10 days if that’s too much, you will still get some benefit from 3 or 5 days. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
