Every year on Boxing Day, MAC comes out with a collection featuring lighter, softer shades of eyeshadows and lipsticks for the start of the new year. Well, this year they decided to do something a little different and launch two collections! 

Cham Pale features soft and shimmery shades, while Stylishly Yours has bold, bright, fun colors. They’re both really nice collections, here are my faves from each:

Cham Pale:

Chilled on Ice painpot. Soft gold creamy shadow with shimmer.

Let me Pop paintpot. Coral creamy shadow with shimmer.

Soiree nail laquer. Champagne gold with a very subtle hint of pink/peach.

Stylishly Yours:

All of the cream color bases. I am a huge fan of cream color bases, they’re just so versatile as they can be used on the lips, eyes & cheeks and they’re buildable.

They also came out with a new mascara, False lashes. I would say it’s probably comparable to L’Oreal Voluminous in terms of the effect, but you definitely have to work with it to get that kind of volume.
