I didn’t know that about concealing the eye circles! I usually do it under the eye because I have a blue-ish vein there haha. Is the foundation you used water proof-ocean vacation proof? 😉

I have used it on vacation at the beach. It holds up pretty well but it’s not waterproof. I would suggest trying the Pro Longwear concealer for water instead, it will prob hold up better!
