There are so many exciting things happening at MAC today! They have released their collection called In the Groove for one thing. This collection features so many fun items from Mineralize blushes and powders to tri-colored eyeshadows. My favorite shadows are Making it easy, Blue my mind, Togetherness and Fresh & easy. For the blushes I think A little bit of sunshine and Band of Roses are great, one is bronzy, the other is rosy. Out of the mineralize powders, Comfort would be a great bronzer if you have a similar skintone to mine (I’m an NC42 in MAC terms).
Digipops are out and only available at MAC Bay locations (if you live in Canada, not sure about overseas, you can always contact www.maccosmetics.com to find out). This is the infamous brush collection that comes out every summer, so worth checking out. This year they’ve got something else going on, for the first time ever (drum roll please)….pro-palette eyeshadows are available at the Bay!!! Only for a limited time though, once they run out of inventory they won’t replenish.
Ok and finally, my favorite part of this post…the Alice + Olivia collection from MAC is out! If you haven’t heard of them, it’s a higher end clothing line out of the states and they collaborated with MAC to come out with a limited collection. My absolute FAVORITE item from this is the Partylicious pigment. It’s a teal colored pigment, close to Plumage eyeshadow and absolutely gorgeous.
