I finally found Prestige’s Total Intensity Eyeliner at an Ulta in San Francisco. It’s apparently sold at only select stores back home in Canada but I could never find it. Anyways, I wanted to give it a try after reading reviews about it being the best waterproof pencil (and you all know how I love to wear eyeliner on the inside of the eye). Overall it’s a pretty good product. Delivers great pigment, very dark black, glides on smoothly and doesn’t leak out (which I really don’t enjoy about other liners). It just doesn’t last all day though, which I am starting to think is an impossible feat. Would I buy it again? Probably yes, just for the simple fact that it doesn’t make me look like a raccoon at the end of the day.
