Here are the latest makeup trends straight from the fashion runways of the world for Spring/Summer 2010:

-Bright color is back!! Either a pop of color on the eyes, or a bright colored lip, color is back in a big way and hopefully here to stay.

-Au naturale. Skin is very important and the look is very natural yet concealed and with highlight of course.

-Less is more. Lips that are softly muted paired with bronzer that gives the look of a natural tan was seen on alot of runways.

-Brows. Gone are the days of the harshly filled in brow, todays look is still thick but VERY natural.

So to sum it up, natural is the way to go! That doesn’t mean  you can’t still have fun with your makeup, you can still pull off the smoky eye or bright colors, just focus on one element (either the eyes or the lips) and tone the rest down. I love this especially for Spring which believe it or not is just around the corner (can’t wait!).
