I’ve seen one too many women overdraw their lips to the point where it looks completely unnatural and in fact a little ridiculous. I’d like to share with you all how to correctly draw outside the lines. First thing you always want to start off with a lip pencil that is very close to your natural lip color. When overdrawing the lips, remember, less is more. You only want to go out a fraction, as if you placed the tip of the pencil at the very edge of the lip so that half the pencil draws inside and the other half draws outside. That’s it. Then top with your lipstick and corresponding lip liner, and remember a pop of a light shimmery gloss in the center of the lips will always maximize your assets. A little lip plumper never hurts. Remember, makeup is meant to enhance your beauty, not replace it.
