Now please take these lightly as personally I don’t like there to be rules when it comes to makeup, you should allow your creativity to take over. With that said, here are a few general rules that most of us makeup artists adhere to when applying beauty makeup:
1. Dark eyes & Light lips
2. Bold lips & Soft eyes
3. Your blush & lip color should belong to the same color family
4. MOISTURIZE!!!
